A few Months ago there were a few injuries occurring on the Conrac Project. Some of the contributing factors were due to low Moral and a lack of other key components. To shine some light on this subject, a challenge was presented to all field employees. The challenge was to go 30 days without any lost time. Since the challenge was initiated, there have been major improvements by all especially in areas of supervision. Foremen, as well as all employees have stepped up the Safety initiative by reporting unsafe acts and/or unsafe conditions by making recommendations to make the CONRAC site a safe and productive work site.

 As a result of the CONRAC Team achieving the goal of “Thirty days of No Lost Time Accidents” (April 11), on Tuesday April 15th Lunch was provided to all Employees on site for helping with this achievement. Additionally, in honor of their efforts for going above and beyond, the following employees were recognized and issued special awards:
